Default Mystery Buttons

Can anyone identify the two buttons - pictures attached. One has the letters I and K on either side of an anchor, QVC above. The second has the letters I and R on either side of an anchor, QVC above. It was suggested that these might been Hong Kong related but I can find no link to them. Any help would be appreciated. The buttons are British manufacture - Firmin and Jennens.
