Can any help me identify there three titles:

C.F.A.
C.E.
B.H.V.G.

I think that CFA = Canadian Field Artillery and CE = Canadian Engineers.

I’m not sure of the third one, though, and wonder whether it potentially refers to some type of volunteer guards unit?

That would make sense as there were a number of Canadian badges acquired at the same time.
