Default Third Royal Artillery

Hi all, on my Old computer I am sure I listed this badge and it was considered a copy even though the Orb was within the Crown, any info I had relating to it is gone so wish to confirm before getting rid of it as to authenticity, also appreciate as to Why?
See am already thinking it is bad! Sure it is, just want the reasoning!

Many thanks in advance Billy

Billy,

Tall orb fake RS badges are just one of several series of fake RA badges.

This is one of those other series of fakes. It has a smooth back, no crisp detail and the slightly incorrect font.

regards

Thanks Simon, looking at a picture you can make these out - it sort of magnifies badge enough so as to see, looking at the badge in the hand it’s pretty hard to see what is wrong to the front, rear now you say it, It stands out!

Many thanks once again, there will be more, wife away on a Cruise so having a sort out of boxes packets from all the places they get stored / put away!

Enclosed is a picture, have 2 weeks where they can rest undisturbed!

All the best Billy

Be warned! Something will go missing and you’ll find it when your Wife does the “Change the furniture around” session. …………. Been there, Done that! Good luck in your sorting. D.J.

Pull the bottom drawer out of chest of drawers and there’s a stash of stuff hidden there and all! As in my wardrobe and under the spare bed! Which reminds me to sort these out too!

Why did I start this? as you can see I wouldn’t get away with this if the Wife was around!
