I would appreciate if anyone could identify this person's Regiment.

Looks like 4th Hussars collar badge, Hussars ball buttons.

The photographers studio is an Indian one, the regiment was based in India 1921-31.

Which would pin it down as the uniform and photo style fits that period. Highly polished bandolier!

The photograph is really small.

Some of the West African Colonial Police Forces of the day had similar style badges. Without a better photo I can't get specific though.

He is very clearly 4th Hussars.

From your information I've now looked up more about the 4th Hussars and indeed it most certainly looks to be that regiment.

It was in my grandmother's possessions. It's going to be interesting trying to find out who he is.
