Default para wings embroidered patches

'Reproduction of embroidered para wings and other unit patches'

I have seen t-shirts fleeces ect for sale on e bay (troop logos is one site)
is it leagle to reproduce these badges and sell them.
Is it possible to get permission to reproduce them for sale ?
Do you need a licence or permit ?
How much does a permit cost ?

maybe someone can help with some info

To legally sell any MoD item you are required to hold an MoD Intellectual Property Licence. But I fail to see how this can be enforced. Even the units asking companies to produce their 'T' and sweat shirts do not know or understand the rules.
