Default Removed lugs Replacements needed

Hi, I do not know why someone would Cut off perfectly fine fittings from an Officer’s badge, but that is what has happened!

Have a maker’s named Silver badge but pliers have cut through the lugs, is there “Hopefully” a recommendation for who might assist in repairing these? Be nice to put this right many thanks Billy

Billy,
I used a local Gold/Silversmith's to make a replacement solid silver ribbon suspender for a medal I bought at auction, and he only charged £20. Your repair should be much simpler and cheaper (depending on the Silversmith).
