Introduced around a year ago, this is the arm badge worn by members of Number 4 Company of Lincolnshire Army Cadet Force. The detachments of 4 Company are as follows with regimental affiliations in brackets:-

Caistor (Royal Army Medical Corps)
Horncastle (Parachute Regiment)
Louth (Royal Anglian Regiment)
Saltfleet/Somercotes (Royal Anglian Regiment)

The badge was designed by the Company Commander Major Mick Webber
