Default Sten magazine measurements.

Completely off topic I know but I didn't know where to post this. Has anyone with a knowledge of firearms got the measurements of the top of a Sten gun mag.? I need to know if it will fit into the magazine well of a Mauser C96 that has been converted to 9mm. Any help appreciated.

Oh dear Mike, politics!

I came back onto the forum to get away from the doom and gloom, I'm consoling myself with the fact that it equates to a Tenner onto the price of a meduim size flat screen tv which is fine by me as I'm always on here doing something far more interesting.

Fill your boots its your forum!

Kind regards

Ry

Thanks for that.. it might just go. Here's my Christmas present to myself. A mint 1930 C96 with all matching numbers, original Commercial holster, wood stock/holster with leathers and cleaning rod and a 1923 Schnellfeuer with 10 and 20 round mags.
