Default POW Division

Did all units of the Division wear the feathers button in the 1970's?

From what l remember we wore regimental buttons.

Regimental buttons were worn, the POW feathers button.
I can't remember details of any previous use of the POW feathers button but it is or was worn by the Band of the POW Division.
