Duke of Wellington's Regiment Officer's Torin Cap?
The closest I can get to identifying this Torin is that it may be a Duke of Wellington's Regiment Officer's one.
It's dark blue (I think it's dark blue rather than black) and red with gold piping. It hasn't had a badge fitted or sewn to it. The only other possibility I can find from a few printed references and searching on line is the Leicestershire Yeomanry whose Torin looks similar other than I think it has silver piping. Can anyone identify which unit this Torin is for please?

Hi Leigh, Griff is the LEICESTERSHIRE YEOMANRY expert, so he would know if Yeomanry or not. regards John

Ta, yes, when I posted the thread I was thinking he'll nibble and put me straight on the yeomanry cap.
I need to break the habit of buying caps that I can't identify.
