Default Military Police Helmet Plate - Photo Wanted

Hi All,

I was just wondering if anyone was lucky enough to own a Military Police Victorian helmet plate and if so could they share a photo of the front and back please?

I'm also wondering if there are any top tips for spotting a fake Victorian helmet plate?

Thanks a lot,

Michael

I can help only with a picture of the front of the helmet plate, but hope that is of use.

Glad to help. Contrary to K&K it was worn by both the Military Mounted Police and the Military Foot Police. This was established conclusively via photographic evidence by the curator of the corps museum in the last 2-years.
