Default New Zealand Engineers Tunnelling Company

According to Regional Cox’s work: (Military Badges of the British Empire 1914-1918, pages 310-312). The New Zealand Engineers Tunnelling Company (2927) was a larger version of the NZE cap badge (2923).

Does anyone have a size of the Tunnelling cap badge and or more information regarding the tunneling company / cap badge??

Thank you

Hello Britbadges...

I'am a French colllector of commonwealth cap badges...I live near Arras

The RNZ engineers is about 26mm large, 38mm High

The tunnellers ( who went to dig in the "Wellington Careers"in Arras) is about:
32 mm large & 51mm high

I have these badges but I would have to find my photos ....

Vive la France! Once again, thank you for the great response.

It's responses like those in this thread that make this site a great site.

I have already ordered the book.
