I agree Jerry. I read and re-read the text a few times and there doesn't appear to be any ambiguity. Having said that, I'm still dubious about printed versions. It would be reasonable to assume they weren't made in any great numbers if they do exist, as, real or otherwise, they are so seldom seen. I also can't see any rationale for manufacturing and issuing a printed version when evidence exists that the (genuine) woven ones were made in reasonable quantities and are a much nicer badge. Another little mystery to research...
