I would have thought, just from the photographs, that it is an original brevet, although, not WW2.

the two I have, they came from a jump instructor and member of the Falcons, one wartime and one post war I think

i have seen many variations of these and I’d say it would be difficult to place an exact year on any one variation.
Of the two above the one on the left looks like the e bay one

which is the one I think is post war, the other being wartime, but not as yet seen exact dating on these, but the thicker weave seems more like wartime pilots wings.
