Viewed from this perspective, I agree that downgrading someone used with whisky ~ 40+ degrees to wine ~ 12 degrees may be a shock.
Same applies on this other side of the Channel, when you try to get a Cognac, Armagnac or other high degrees beveurage drinker to try lighter substances. Ok, sorry for this digression (... actually is it one, in this wedding topic context?). Cheers, JD |

Yes, Calvados too! In 1980, I spent my first summer job working for a cousin, farmer in Calvados (his farm is in Colleville, visible on a D-Day very known scene with #4 Commandos passing by). Needless to say that I have made my school with Cider & Calvados, at this time! Cheers! JD |
