The orange stripes make me think South African, but I'll let more educated members decide.'

OK Jerry. On my PC they look like a cadmium orange, which matches to a band of cloth behind a SA Nurses badge I have.

If red, then I would not think South African.

I had another look and think SA orange is correct which is what I thought when I bought them.

Thanks for commenting Terry, happy to have them as SA items are not so common in wales.

Glad if I was able to help. I do agree that they look South African, and yes, that is pretty cool. Don't you wish you knew what regiment, or even better, who wore them!

Stay well,

Terry
