Is this sealed pattern Legitimate?

In my opinion yes. There are many versions.

Of course the badge should be secured to the card (cotton, staples or cord) and sealed on the reverse by wax bearing the Pattern Office logo.

This is an interesting thread. Makes me want to ask if they have faked sealed badges along with everything else? If so, how can you tell a good one?
