Thanks, Khyber. It certainly doesn't look like any of the Gwalior IS badges I've seen, but my knowledge is pretty sketchy and I did not want to jump to any conclusions, though I had tenatively decided it was probably not IS.

It is a lovely badge, however: design and quality are both excellent.
