Default Unknown shoulder titles & badge

In a lot of british army badges i got these badge and shoulder titles.
I could not find anything about this items, i guess the shoulder titles are not listed in the book of Westlake. The letters VR are only 11mm wide, very small.
The badge (two prongs on the reverse) is gildened and the obvers has a bronce-brown finish, size 40x35 mm.
British or not ? Perhaps anyone can help.

Thanks in advance
Markus

The VR over T is RAF collar badge for Volunteer Reserve Training.

The other badge is the Cuban national arms, so probably Cuban Army

"Volunteer Reserve Training" was worn by officers of the Air Training Corps
