"Canadian" title, not "Canada"
This is a different version of Shoulder title, these usually say "Canada" and am thrown off by this gilt example which spells out "Canadian".
Has anyone seen one before or have any info on it ? It measures 7 mm x 42mm. Am thinking maybe Militia as opposed to CEF ? |

Could it be part of of a multi part title (speaking from a position of total ignorance of Canadian titles).

Possibly the top half of a Canadian Scottish title? Clipped and straightened perhaps?

There was a title proposed for the Rifle Battalion of the 27th CIB. Some were made reading 2 CANADIAN RIFLES. But this one does not appear to have been cut down.
