Default Unknown Coat of Arms on Para Badge

This badge was is a lot of Brazilian badges, but it is different than the other stuff. I can't identify the Coat of Arms, hence the country. It doesn't seem to match any South American countries so how it ended up in the lot I don't know.

Can anyone tell me which country that is.

Thanks

Tels Insignia has one described as Brazilian Air Force Academy 1 Jump Parachute Badge, 1950-62.
