Default SS Commando Badge

Would anyone be able to tell me which Brigade/Commando this badge would belong to, or indeed even if it's authentic? Are these scarce?
Thanks very much for any help you can provide!
Roy

Hi Roy

This badge was made after the war by the commando association
Genuine ones are rare and hard to come by and don't have commando over the top . Either a plain dagger for lower ranks or as either side of the dagger for officers hope this helps

Yes indeed.
I was wondering why the examples I found here did not have "Commando" over the top.
Thank you Rolly!
