Default Glider Badge WW2?

Hi Guys
Well worn bullion badge 75mm wide by 48mm high
have tryed to find out info on this badge in books and on the web
havent found anything yet
what i would like to know is it ww2 vintage or later

The glider badge was instituted post war.
