Default 1st Rangers badge question

When the 1st Bn Rangers (formerly 12th London subsequently 9th KRRC) served in Greece in 1941 as part of 1st Armd Bde, were they wearing their own cap badge or that of the KRRC? And if the former, which pattern -- KK 2415 or 2417?

Apologies for the complicated question but thanks in advance for any information.
