Thank you for the witticisms
I was wondering pouch, officers or WOs? None of them are my area of collecting so it's not one I need for my collection. Alan |

Not a pouch badge.
I do recall seeing a similar cap badge in an officers private collection when I was in the Scots DG's, that was a long time ago, but your badge definitely looks familiar. Is it WM or silver do you know? Chris |

In my opinion it's an early officer badge, maybe from a private maker but I have seen other officer badges of similar construction. I have a PoW feathers type 12 Lancers officer badge of the same construction which I am sure is genuine. That's why I think an early officer badge.
