Never seen its like before but judging from the cypher and shape of the crown the annotation could well be correct.

However I’d very much like to see the back before commenting further.

My mate has won this item with other known valise badges. This is apparently King George IV, I think part of the garter is missing though ?

I'm going off what is is labelled as, so not 100 %. Its the first one I've ever seen.
