Default 19th Lincoln Regiment

Hi
Can someone help me with information on this badge please Dates in service ?
If Officers or normal ranks ?

If Original or Fake ?

Its in what looks like Silver but cant see any Hallmarks ?

The 19th Lincoln Regt was a Canadian militia regiment. This badge design was authorized in 1912. BUT these were copied. With it being a cast badge, the lugs plated, and no sterling hallmarks I would treat it as suspect.
