Default RN Combined Ops question for a display

Hi friends

Have to confess I know nothing on WWII RN Rank/Trade insignia.

I have looked on the forum and internet and confused with dating WWII or post WWII with Kings crown.

Are these WWII RN,if so would they be okay to go with a WWII combined ops FS?

Would these have been worn on khaki battle dress?

Would like to have a WWII Royal Navy title to go with it at some stage.

Thanks in advance

Phill

Petty Officer & Signallers Badges look right to me,cannot comment on the Combined Ops as there are people on here who are experts although its general appearance looks good to me.Cheers Bob.

Thanks Bob

Just needed to know on the rank if it was WWII eras

Thanks Jim

This was more about the rank if it would go with the Tombstone.

BTW I had seen your blog several years ago when i first started collecting British FS/CST. it was one that I used for reference before I joined the forum.

Thanks both for your input

Phill

Hi Phil

Yes, the Petty Officer rank insignia is correct for WW2 era, denoted by pre-1952 King's crown.

Best regards
