Default WW I: Royal Army Medical Corps

This patch was posted on the British Forum under the heading 'WW I: Royal Army Medical Corps'. It was sewn to a 20th Battalion CEF tunic and identified as that of a Stretcher Bearer. Does anyone know anything about it? Does anyone have photographic evidence of it being worn?
