Default 1st Kings Dragoon guards ww2

Can any one advise me on what shoulder titles/uniform badges would have been worn on the Battle-Dress of a soldier in the 1st Kings Dragoon Guards in ww2 please?
Thanks

Any particular year? The badges and patches did evolve and there were more formation signs worn at the end than at the start for example.
