Default 4th Royal Irish Dragoon Guards

Hello Folks,
This 4th Royal Irish Dragoon Guards badge feels sturdy enough, but I am concerned about the lack of sweat holes behind the scroll. All my other examples have the sweat holes. What are the thoughts on this ?

My thoughts would be to seek a refund if it was sold to you as original.
