Default UK para wing, WW2? Genuine at all?

Dear all,
I've got a rather strange UK style wing here. It has several marks of being a WW2 wing like the horizontal line in the feathers, the type of background. But then there is the figure at the bottom of the lines. I've never seen this before. Anyone any idea?
Cheers,
Alain

It is definately genuine, but Belgium made post-war.

I'm Belgian, wrote a book on Belgian para-commando insignia and this one isn't Belgian at all. Position of the wings is UK-style, for sure.

Interesting wing - note the 7 feathers each side. Not a British (or Belgian) Trait...
