Default The Attack of the Beaver!

Here are some versions of Lord Strathcona's Horse badges showing the demise of the tree above the coat of arms. In the earlier version there is no beaver (or maybe it is asleep under the tree?), in the next version the beaver is seen approaching the tree and in the last version the tree is on it way over. There really should be a version where both beaver and tree are gone, the beaver having dragged the tree off to its dam...

I think the Beaver is taking the Perseverence motto as being his (or hers).
Very apt.
