Hi actionoke, The top title is a post war RCASC title. The titles were changed from Royal Canadian / Army Service Corps to Royal Canadian Army / Service Corps in the post war period. The Cameron Highlanders of Ottawa M.G. could be wartime, but the unit also had melton titles with that designation after the war. The RCOC title is post war. And the patch at the bottom is the Canadian Coat of Arms, used as the rank badge for Warrant Officer First Class. They came into use either just near the end of the war or shortly after the Second World War ended.
