WW2 war in Greece,
Does anyone know why there is no British medal issued to those who fought in Greece ?
Thanks in advance. P.

The Italy Star was awarded for service in Greece.

That particular phase of the war does not seem to be well covered. I’ve often wondered if there were some “political correctness” going on there. Similar I think to the operations in Cyprus pre independence. D.J.
