London Scottish
Got back yesterday from a Cadet Course ar Frimley Park where we still had one adult badged at London Scottish.
Sadly as he confirmed they are about to be rebadged to guards as per the reserve unit and another cap badge disappears. Sad that cadet units cannot carry own wearing their own local Regimental cap badges.

Sadly all personnel wearing Liverpool Scottish insignia ceased to do so quite some time ago, cadets and reserves.
It was the intention for a Military Historical Society Special Number to be compiled for the Liverpool Scottish centenary year but the MHS felt it would not be of sufficient interest to the majority of members. As you can imagine I consider it was a lost opportunity and I never agreed with the reason behind it not being supported by the MHS. P.
