Default New Zealand

I obtained this New Zealand printed Kiwi patch today but I am unsure who would wear it.
Can a member enlighten me please?

80 odd views but no joy so I have had a look at a book by Harry Wynne called ADMIRALTY, ARMY & AIR FORCE RAISED POLICE FORCES (OVERSEAS) and found this image on page 48 and it is worn by the "INSTALLATIONS AUXILIARY POLICE FORCE" in Singapore from 1972. My patch is for the right arm and there is a left arm version.
Many thanks to Harry and a wonderful book full of information.

Right-hand patch as worn by members of New Zealand Force Southeast Asia in Singapore from 1974 to 1989. Post the withdrawal of NZ Forces from Singapore in 1989, New Zealand maintained a residual Defence Support Unit (NZDSU) at Sembawang to maintain a New Zealand footprint in Singapore. Included as part of the NZDSU is the Installations Auxiliary Police Force (IAPF). Warranted Singapore Auxiliary Police Officers, NZ inherited the IAPF from the British in 1974 and they remain under NZ management to this day, responsible for the security of Allied Naval facilities in the Sembawang Shipyard. https://rnzaoc.com/2021/07/04/iapf/
