Default Numerals Red on Dark Blue backing

Hi trying to confirm if these are one, genuine! Marines? Or what,

"X1" - "V.R." - "No 46" - "3" these are all Red on Dark Blue material would these be Commando related or could they be Royal Observor Corps, if the other items are duff please let me know, many thanks Billy

I would suspect No46 is for Royal Marine Commando. And looks correct to me.
