Default Perspex airborne sweetheart

Hello, I don’t usually collect sweetheart badges however I couldn’t resist this one. The chap I bought it from got it from the veterans family, he is going to ask them for details of the original owner. It came in with his FS knife. It appears to be made from Perspex surmounted by a crown which looks like it might be cut from a button. I would appreciate any thoughts or information.

I hope the dealer does come back to you with the details, a dealer friend of mine, sadly not with us any more once bought a Cambridgeshire badge I had been trying to research, as had the museum and the lady he bought it from said it was her Father's.

I asked if she had any paperwork which she did apparently have and had told him she would bring it along next time my friend was stalled at the antique fair. He never asked her name and never saw her again.

History disappeared that day, lost forever. . !
