Default Has anyone seen this before?

Can anybody help identify this wing, the colours are green, white and red. Maybe italien?
Please see attached item for image
Recently bought it in a job lot at aution with airforce related items from world war two.
Any help much appreciated.

Hi Destro.....

They look like the wings given to Girl Guides when they fly up from Brownies..... Just like the ones my daughter has......

Sorry they don't have any military context.....
