Default Australian Eagle Badge

Opinions please on this attic suitcase find. I believe this is sweetheart item but more solid confirmation would be handy. Silver coloured same size as a standard RAF badge, made by Miller & Sons Sydney. Is it RAAF issued item? A quick browse through now defunct M&S brochure revealed they made both RAAF and various civilian badges.
Thanks Richard

Just to add to the above, I found this today near identical badge on Sergeantmilitaria site stating RAF Side Hat Badge, different clasp but same basic design.

Take with a pinch of salt anything you read on that site, he knows less about badges than my dog.

Default Eagle Badge

Thanks Gents, I’ll put it down as a sweet heart rather than a issue badge.
