Untouched para helmet 1956
Hi just like to show untouched British para helmet .liner dated 1956 rubber inside loose but there Never messed with Paul .

The faint remains of 147 painted on the front and back probably indicate the wearing of the helmet by a P Company candidate.

Very good 50's para helmet. As already said probably used for P company, these lids were used for many years.

Could also be one used at the RAF Parachute School RAF Abingdon.

I remember at 131 Para Sqn RE in the mid 80s we had 1944 and I think one 1942 dated helmet, still in use for those who were Para trained.
