Default Unknown Scots with Gaunt Lider

Gents, I posted this badge several years and had no joy,

It is in anodised alluminium and is an unusual three dimensional form. The pictures tell everything. Any identification or suggestions welcomed.

Thanks chaps

Bess

The Coronet and Stag suggest Gordon's. The 3 sprigs of antler at the top suggest Staff .
But it could belong to a Civilian pipe band with an association.

These have come up on the forum before. I think, if memory serves, they were for civilian marching bands.
