Default ATS/WRAC MUSICIAN

Picked this up today at a small fair outside Waterlooville
Musician badge with Kings crown, lugs north & south with a ATS/WRAC backing.
A bit tatty but it will do.

Jerry

Not wishing to hijack this thread in any way but thought I'd show this one with its green backing material still in place, the photographs make it look a wee bit lighter than it is in reality. A recent £1 buy at a local boot sale I thought I'd better have.

Simon.

I think the badge is "bandsman" not "musician".

Certainly the appointment was bandsman.

Half time in the football so I cannot be bothered to look it up, but only Household troops had musicians.

[I an talking QVC and KC period]

Many thanks, will change my notes to Bandsman, the green backing certainly not belonging to Household Troops I think.

Simon.
