Default Royal Marine Commanado - OR badges Variations

I see that we have a large number of RM Commando collectors here so answering this should be a doddle.

Are the bronze cast beret badges with flat backs (cast I think) with two lugs officers beret badges?

Thank you for your time.

Post adjusted......to put it on topic.

Thanks Alan, Ive got three different types.

The first is cast from bronze, the second has a matt brown painted finish and the third has a gloss brown finish. The last two badges are brass.

I checked the construction of all, they are all the same.

Are they all different manufacturers.........possible to date any of them?

It would depend on the makers name and when they were in business. Firmin make the current issued examples.
