Question Leinster or West Yorkshire collar?

Hi all,

Rhetorical quest I suspect but is the following a broached collar badge to the Leinster's also worn by the West Yorkshire Regiment (Churchill 1856) It is a only small 25x20mm BM and nicely broached for a small badge.

Anyway I just wondered as don't know my collar badge sizes and does appear to be too small for a collar so is it a lapel badge after all or a converted collar - worn in the side cap perhaps?

Someone sure to put me out of my misery, cheers Dean.
