Hello Liam,
I have now returned home and found the wings in the mail.
Just as described , thanks.
BTW, were these padded type wings worn pre 1945 ?

Hi Dominique,
Glad you are pleased with the wings.
Yes, both styles were worn prior to '45.
The flat style were stores issued. 3 per man.
The padded style were private purchase normally found on 'best' battledress.
I have always found the flat style harder to come by.
