Johnny, it's the 1st Anti-Aircraft Division. The 1st Anti-Aircraft Division (1st AA Division) was an Air Defence formation of the British Army before and during the early years of World War II.
Google it. However your badge is upside down. Mike

It's WWII 1st Anti Aircraft Division formation sign, worn the other way up. The original version was on a khaki backing, replaced by the blue/grey version.
