Hello Marc I'm sorry the patch is absolutely not a Free French... It's a patriotic civilian patch made for the Liberation of France, there are many many of thems like this:  French Forces in Italy was called CEFI, Corps Expéditionnaire Français en Italie here is the patch  cordially Didier
