What a super image, I wonder where it was actually, a seaside promenade perhaps, but, where?

It is a good image Frank, nice to see him messing about about but also good for the uniform details especially his black flash.

I don't know Frank, perhaps one of the North Wales towns that have or had piers, such as Llandudno or similar.......
